摘要
目前国内甲醇厂仪表伴热系统都有设计不合理现象,神华乌海西来峰甲醇厂仪表保温伴热系统改造前设计使用10 mm不锈钢管伴热,走向不合理,导致伴热蒸汽不能顺利传输,仪表出现冻结现象,增加了仪表维护人员的工作量,蒸汽也浪费;改造后使用14 mm不锈钢管伴热,简化结构,伴热蒸汽能顺利传输,回水系统也得到利用,不仅减少了仪表维护人员工作量,同时节约了蒸汽,降低了企业生产成本。
At present there is unreasonable phenomenon in the domestic methanol plant of heat tracing instrument system. The methanol plant of Shenhua Wuhai Xilaifeng adopted 10mm stainless steel pipe for heat tracing, but the heat steam can not transmit smoothly and the instrument appeared to be frozen. Thus it increased workload for maintenance and wasted steam. The reforming system uses 14 mm stainless steel pipe for heat tracing to simplify structure. The heat steam can be smoothly transmitted and the return system also works. It not only reduces the maintenance workload, but also it saves steam and reduces the production cost of the enterprise.
