摘要
民族地区小学英语教育存在诸多问题:英语课程开设目的不明确,课程资源匮乏,教学模式、教学方法与评价方式滞后,等等。以人本主义教育理论为指导,将"促进人之全面发展"作为民族地区小学英语教育的价值取向;构建和谐的师生关系;开发与利用具有民族特色的小学英语课程资源;构建"英-英"课堂教学模式,适时调整教学方法与手段,建立以激励学生学习为主的评价模式,将有助于提高民族地区小学英语教学质量、推动民族地区小学英语教育事业的发展。
There are a lot of problems in English teaching and learning in primary schools in minority regions,such as no definite learning purpose,serious shortage of curriculum resources,and the lagging teaching mode,teaching and evaluation methods,etc.From the perspective of humanism,the primary English education in minority regions would improve by taking the all-round development of people as value orientation,establishing a harmonious relationship between students and teachers,developing and exploitating English curriculum resources with ethnic characteristics,establishing the teaching model of English-English,choosing various teaching methods and techniques according to the situation,and building the mode of diverse assessment system to promote students’enthusiasm for studying.
