摘要
为了研究玉米籽粒的压缩力学特性,对绥玉8号、冀单20号和陕单9号3个玉米籽粒进行了几何形状测量和压缩力学特性试验。试验测定了3个品种玉米籽粒的三维尺寸特性(长径、宽径、高径);通过万能试验机压缩试验,测得不同含水率下3个品种玉米籽粒的最大破碎力和对应应变值。结果表明,随着含水率的增加,最大破碎力和应变值呈线性关系上升,应变值上升趋势大于最大破碎力;根据试验数据,建立了3个品种玉米籽粒的最大破碎力和应变、刚度和应变的数学模型。
In order to investigate the compressive mechanical properties of corn kernel,the geometry of measurement and compression mechanical properties of corn kernels of the Suiyu 8th,the Jidan 20th and the Shandan 9th were studied.The geometric structure dimensions of three varieties of corn kernels were determined.Maximum crushing force and strain value of three varieties of corn kernels were determined at different moisture content by the test on universal testing machine.The results showed that the maximum crushing force and strain value were linearly increased with moisture content increasing,while increasing trend of strain value was larger than increasing trend of maximum crushing force.Based on the data of experiment,a mathematical model in term of the relationship between maximum crushing force and strain as well as stiffness and strain was established.
