摘要
目的了解供应室护理人员对职业危害的防护知识与技能,做好职业防护。方法通过问卷调查方式,对石家庄市5所三级甲等医院消毒供应中心部分护士进行职业危害防护现状调查。结果供应室护士对锐器伤、辐射伤、粉尘和噪声等物理损伤因素危害的答案正确率相对偏低,而对化学消毒剂、污染物品等生物因子危害则得分较高。供应室护士对职业危害的认知水平及防护技能与其学历呈正相关。结论该市三级甲等医院供应室护理人员对职业危害的认知水平普遍较高,防护技能有待提高。
Objective To understand the knowledge and skills of occupational hazard protection for the nursing staffs in supply room,and to do well in occupational protection.Methods The questionnaire method was used to survey the current situation of occupational hazard protection for the nursing staffs in supply room of 5 third-grade hospitals in Shijiazhuang.Results The correct rate of answers for sharp instrument injury,radiational injury,dust,noise and other physial injury hazards of nurses in supply room was relatively lower,that for the chemical disinfectant,contaminator such as biological factor hazard was higher.The occupational cognition level and protection skills of nurses in supply room were positively related to their educational background.Conclusion The cognition level of nurses in supply room of first-class hospital for occupational harm is generally high,but the protective skills need to be improved.
