摘要
目的观察分析医院消毒供应中心实施细节干预措施对护理质量的影响效果。方法选择我院2015年1月—2016年12月消毒供应中心作为研究对象。将2015年1—12月实施细节干预措施前作为对照;将2016年1—12月实施细节干预措施后作为观察,比较实施前后护理质量。结果实施后的护理质量、包装质量、回收及时性、工作态度及供给及时性评分分别为(9.12±1.05)分,(8.97±1.08)分,(8.89±1.63)分,(9.21±1.37)分和(9.02±1.26)分,均优于实施前的(6.21±1.11)分,(5.96±1.34)分,(5.48±1.17)分,(6.74±1.46)分和(6.03±1.24)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施细节干预,可以使消毒供应中心的护理质量显著提高。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of detailed intervention measures on the quality of care in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods The disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 was selected as the research objects. That received detailed intervention measures from January to December 2015 were selected as the control objects; That received detailed intervention measures from January to December 2016 were selected as the observation objects, and the quality of care after and before intervention was compared. Results After intervention, nursing quality, the packing quality, timeliness, recovery work attitude and supply timeliness score were respectively （9.12 ! 1.05） points, （8.97 4. 1.08） points, （8.89 ±1.63） points, （9.21± 1.37） points and （9.02 ± 1.26） points, which were significantly better than before intervention of （6.21 ± 1.11） points, （5.96 ± 1.34） points, （5.48± 1.17） points, （6.74±1.46） points and （6.03±1.24） points, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of detailed intervention can improve the quality of nursing in the disinfection supply center.
