摘要
目前,自主创新战略已从理论层面进入实际运作层面,实现自主创新,创新型人才培养是关键和基础。本文从创新型人才素质构成分析入手,构建了创新型人才素质模型,探讨了创新型人才培养途经,以期从理论层面和实际操作两个层面,为创新型人才培养提供可借鉴的操作方法。
At present, self-innovation strategy has developed from theory to actual practice. To realize or accomplish self-innovation, the nurture for innovative type people is essential. In this paper, the quality composition for innovative type people has been firstly discussed, then their quality model has been es- tablished, and finally their fostering channels have been focused so that a referencing operation method to foster innovative type people from both theoretical and practical perspective can be offered.
