摘要
在容易发生火灾事故的袋式除尘场所,滤料的阻燃性能是一个重要的指标。本文采用垂直燃烧法和极限氧指数法分别对国产聚苯硫醚针刺毡、聚酯纤维针刺毡、聚酰亚胺纤维针刺毡、聚四氟乙烯针刺毡、国产聚苯硫醚与聚四氟乙烯混纺针刺毡、经聚四氟乙烯乳液处理的进口聚苯硫醚针刺毡和经聚四氟乙烯乳液处理的国产和进口的聚苯硫醚各占50%的针刺毡滤料做了系统性实验。结果表明聚酯纤维滤料的阻燃性较差,不符合阻燃标准;聚四氟乙烯滤料的阻燃性能最强,滤料经混纺PTFE纤维或者PTFE浸渍后处理能提升其阻燃能力。
Flame resistance is an important index for filter medium in some baghouse applications with fire accident easy to occur. Based on the vertical flame method and the limit oxygen index method, some flame expriments are done for domestic polyphenylene sulfide needle felt, polyester fiber needle felt, Polyimidefiber needle felt, PTFE needle felt,domestic Polyphenylene sulfide and P'~FE blended needle felt, foreign polyphenylene sulfide processed by PTFE latex ,domestic and foreign polyphenylene sulfide each accounted for 50% processed by PTFE. The results showed that the flame resistance of Polyester filter was bad and didn't meet the flame retardant standard. The flame resistance performance of PTFE was the best. The flame resistance of filter could be improved by filter blended with PTFE or post-processing of dipping with PTFE liquid.
