摘要 介绍了一种悬挂冲管连续冲砂工具及工艺。该工具能够利用油管内液体压差来释放和悬挂冲管,并能在常规油管中进行上下活动。通过重力与水力压差的作用使冲管随着砂面的降低而向下运动,直到内冲管完全伸出或冲完所有砂柱,实现连续冲砂作业。在冲砂过程中不接单根、不停泵,能有效减少冲砂作业强度与施工风险,减少冲砂时间及压井液进入地层,达到保护地层的目的。 A kind of hanging washing pipe continuous sand washing tool and technology were In- troduced. The tubing liquid pressure is used in the tool to release and hanging washing pipe, and it can move up and down in the conventional tubing. The gravity and hydraulic pressure differential role,the flushing pipe can be moved downward with sand surface reduced,until the washing pipe fully extended or flushes all sand column, thereby realizing the continuous sand washing opera- tion. In the process of sand washing with no single connecting and pump shutdown,it can effec- tively reduce the sand washing operation strength and risk, and sand washing time is reduced to control killing fluid into the stratum,the purpose of the protection layer is achieved.
