摘要
在油气井生产过程中 ,随着生产时间的延长 ,产层会有大量的泥砂、杂物沉积于井底 ,造成堵塞 ,影响油气井的正常生产。为此 ,文章研制了一种用于修井的冲砂工具 ,该工具能满足正反循环的要求。其结构设计合理 ,径向尺寸小于套管内径 2 0mm左右 ,可防止卡钻事故的发生 ,该工具最大承压 4 0MPa ,最大流量 16L/s ,既能射流水力冲砂 ,又能对较大或坚硬的颗粒进行钻 (磨 )铣作业。从试验井与对比井的比较中 ,可看出该工具大大缩短了冲砂时间 ,提高了冲砂速度 ,节约了修井作业的费用。
During the production of oil and gas wells,many pellets and sands and impurities will deposit in the bottom-hole,plug the pays,and influence the normal production of the wells. So,a sand washing tool is developed for well rehabilitation. The tool can meet the requirements of normal and convert circulation. Its structure design is reasonable. Its radial size is about 20 mm less than the casing inner diameter,so that it can prevent bit freezing accidents. The maximum pressure of the tool is 40 MPa. Its maximum flow rate is 16 L/s. The tool can conduct both the jet hydraulic sand washing and the milling operation for bigger and harder grains. Comparing the test well with the relative well,it is found the tool greatly shorten the sand washing time,improve the sand washing rate and save the cost of well rehabilitation.
