摘要
目的评价高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果,旨在寻找改善患者听力的有效措施。方法将本院收治的190例突发性耳聋患者分为A、B两组,其中,A组87例,予以单纯常规药物治疗,B组103例,予以常规药物联合高压氧治疗,并对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者治疗后,A组的总有效率为77.0%,B组的总有效率为95.1%,B组的总有效率显著高于A组(χ2=13.57,P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论突发性耳聋患者应尽早治疗,且采用常规药物联合高压氧治疗较单纯采用药物治疗效果更加明显。
Objective To look for effective measures to improve patient hearing by evaluating the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of sudden deafness.Methods One hundred and ninety cases of sudden deafness were divided into group A and group B,a total of 87 patients in group A received conventional drug therapy,a total of 103 patients in group B received hyperbaric oxygen treatment on basis of conventional grug therapy.Results The total efficient rate of group A and group B was 77.0% and 95.1%,the efficient rate of group A was higher than group B（χ2=13.57,P 〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with sudden deafness should be treated as early as possible,the treatment of conventional drug therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen is more efficient.
