轻型纸的制备及其纤维间结合力分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过添加松厚剂制备轻型纸,并采用Page理论,从单纤维强度与纤维间结合力方面对轻型纸强度进行了探讨。结果表明,添加松厚剂对轻型纸零距抗张强度的影响很小,但会显著降低纤维间结合力,表明轻型纸强度的降低主要是由纤维间结合力的减弱引起的;轻型纸光散射系数随纸张强度的降低而提高,这与Page理论的分析相一致;通过扫描电子显微镜观察轻型纸断面发现,添加松厚剂可使纸张厚度明显增大。 In this study,bulky paper was prepared by adding bulking promoters.The tensile strength of all handsheets decreased with the reduction of sheet density,decrease of the tensile strength of acidic handsheets was more significant than that of the neutralized handsheets.The Page equation was used to evaluate the contributions of single fiber and interfiber bond to tensile strength of the handsheet.As a result,the tensile strength of the handsheet decreased with the decrease of interfiber bond strength.The scattering coefficient of the handsheet increased with the reduction of paper strength.Improvement of sheet thickness was confirmed by the SEM observation.
