摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围手术期的护理方法。方法 80例子宫肌瘤患者,均行子宫肌瘤剔除术,对其进行术前指导、心理护理及术后生命体征监测,指导康复期活动及饮食等综合护理。结果 80例平均手术时间为(120.76±42.48)min,平均术中出血量为(90.05±85.35)ml,术中无中转开腹,术后无严重并发症发生;术后平均住院时间(3.9±1.8)d。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术是微创、有效、安全的手术方式;对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者给予精心围术期护理,可确保手术成功,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the methods of perioperative nursing of the patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 80 patients with uterine neoplasm were given the laparoscopic myomectomy between May 2007 and July 2012 in our hospital, and then given the instruction and psychological care in preoperative, vital-sign in postoperative was monitored, comprehensive care of guidance and rehabilitation activities and diet, and so on, were given. Results All the 80 patients went through perioperative period safely. The average operation time was （120.76±42.48）min. The amount of bleeding in operation was （90.05±85.35）ml in average. The average hospitalization time was（3.9±1.8）days postoperative. No case was conversed to open surgery, and no postoperative serious complications occurred in all the patients. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine neoplasms are safe, effective, and minimally invasive. Giving elaborate perioperative care for the patients with undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, can ensure the operation successful, and promote the recover of patients.
