摘要
目的探讨直肠癌的CT表现以及在临床中的重要价值。方法回顾性分析经手术瘦病理证实的54倒直肠癌病人的CT影像学表现。结果直肠癌的CT表现主要为肠壁不规则增厚、不规则软组织肿块、不同程度肠腔狭窄、肿瘤周围侵犯、远处转移及术后复发等改变。结论CT检查可以为临床提供准确的诊断、分期、以及判断有无周围组织侵犯、远处转移等，对临床术前指导有非常重要的参考意义。
Objective To study the CT features of rectal cancer and its value in clinical application. Methods CT images were retrospectively analyzed in 54 eases of rectal cancer confirmed by biopsy, surgery and pathology. Results The CT features of rectal cancer generally are intestinal wall anomaly thickening, irregular soft tissue tumors, intestinal cavity varying degree narrow, tumor invasion and metastasis and recurrence after surgery. Conclusion CT scan that can show tumor range and distant metastasis very sensitively, is important reference significance for clinical surgery guidanee.
