摘要
本文首先从客户的角度分析了影响移动通信网络价值的因素,基于客户让渡价值理论及其他客户价值分析的研究成果,提出网络价值概念初步模型;然后通过设计、修改、发放和回收调查问卷、收集整理数据,并用SPSS进行因子分析和聚合,提出了由网络形象、网络质量、安全便利、网络服务及网络成本五个主要因素组成的移动通信网络价值概念模型;最后对各个因素的权重进行分析,并提出因网络成本与网络价值是负相关的,要想得到最大化的网络价值,就要与其他四个因素取得平衡。
The factors affecting the mobile communication network value is analyzed from the perspective of customer, and in accordance with the "customer delivered value theory" and literature review of other customer value analysis, the concept of "network value" preliminary model is put forward. Through designing, modifying, distributing questionnaire to collect data, using SPSS factor analysis and aggregation, the revised mobile communication "network value" concept model which is composed of "network image", "network quality", "safety and convenience", "network services" and "network costs" is proposed. Meanwhile, weights of the five factors are analyzed, and then in order to maximize "network value", it is necessary to strike a balance between "net-work costs" and the other four factors, for it is negatively correlated with "network value"
