铁屑/ZSM-5分子筛联合处理染料废水的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以四丙基溴化铵(TPABr)为模板剂合成ZSM-5分子筛并采用XRD、SEM进行了表征,研究ZSM-5分子筛、铁屑和铁屑/ZSM-5分子筛对染料废水的处理效果,分别考察了染料废水浓度、pH、反应时间、ZSM-5分子筛和铁屑投加量对活性艳兰KN-R染料废水脱色的影响。研究结果表明:铁屑/ZSM-5分子筛联合处理染料废水的效果优于单独使用铁屑和ZSM-5分子筛;在铁屑投加量50 g/L,ZSM-5分子筛投加量为4 g/L,pH值为6,反应60 min条件下,活性艳兰染料废水的脱色率可达到99.05%。 ZSM-5 zeolite was hydrothermally synthesized using tetrapropylammonium bromide(TPABr) as the template and using colloidal silica as the silica source.The as-products were characterized by XRD、SEM.The decolorization efficiency of dye wastewater by ZSM-5,iron filings,and iron filings/ZSM-5 was investigated.The effects of dye concentration,solution pH,reaction time,dosage of iron and ZSM-5 on the dye decolorization efficiency were measured.The results showed that iron filings/ZSM-5 exhibited the optimum decolorization efficiency,followed by iron filings,while ZSM-5 presented the lowest decolorization efficiency.Under the conditions of iron dosage 50 g /L,ZSM-5 dosage 4 g /L,pH 6,reaction time 60 min,the decolorization rate of reactive brilliant blue dye wastewater was 99.05%.
