摘要
目的分析社区高血压患者服药依从性差的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法选择本院2008年6月～2012年2月收治入院的高血压患者200例,采用访谈方式,对200例高血压患者进行调查,分析服药依从性差造成血压控制不理想的主要原因。结果 120例服药依从性差,知识缺乏,存在药物不良反应,服药种类多、时间长,经济状况原因是服药依从性差的主要原因;服药依从性良好者(坚持服药)从干预前的40.0%提高到81.0%,间断服药者及未服药者的比例明显降低,而药片计数法也显示患者的服药依从性良好者从干预前的43.0%提高到干预后的90.0%。结论加强健康教育,预防药物不良反应,按阶梯合理用药,建立社区、家庭支持系统是提高服药依从性的主要对策。
Objective To analyze the reasons of bad medication adherence in community hypertensive patients,and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods Two hundred cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from June 2008 to February 2012 were selected and all patients were given interviewing investigation,the main reason of bad medication adherence which caused poor blood pressure control was analyzed.Results Medication adherence of 120 cases were bad;lack of knowledge,adverse drug reactions,large medication class and long time,economic situation were the main reason for poor drug compliance;rate of good medication compliance （adhere to medication） increased from 40.0% before intervention to 81.0% after intervention,intermittent medication and non-medication rate was significantly reduced,while the tablet counting method also show that good medication adherence rate improved from 43.0% before intervention to 90.0% after the intervention.Conclusion Strengthening health education,prevention of adverse drug reactions,ladder reasonable medication,community and family support system is the main countermeasures to improve medication adherence.
