摘要
分析了当前本科毕业班教学环节中所遇到的几个问题及产生的原因 ,结合学校教学工作的实际和当前社会对培养和使用人才的新要求 ,提出了改进本科毕业班教学管理方式的一些建议。
In this paper, the cause to some problems of educational management of the graduating undergraduates are discussed. According to the situation of the school education management and new demands of the society about training qualified and using personnel, some suggestion for the improvement of educational management are put forward.
