摘要
通过对本科毕业班学生和班级的现状分析,提炼出本科生班级的管理难点,在对精细化管理的内涵进行思考的基础上,结合本科毕业班管理的实际情况进行实践,总结探索构建本科毕业班精细化管理的主要方法。
Through the analysis of the current status of undergraduate students and class, refine management difficult of undergraduate class, based on the thinking of the connotation of fine management, combined with the actual situation of undergraduate class management practice, summarizes the main methods of constructing undergraduate class fine management.
