摘要
通过求解透射波函数和由菲涅尔公式求解反射相位差并对其求导的方法,研究了非常偏振光在两单轴晶体(晶体光轴在入射面内)分界面处发生全反射时的隐失波,分析了全反射条件和反射光与入射光的相位差,给出了非常偏振光在两单轴晶体分界面处隐失波穿透深度和Goos-Hnchen位移的一般表达式.
Through the method of solving the function of transmission wave and the derivative of the phase difference, this paper studies the evanscent wave of the total reflection which oceurs at the interface of the two uniaxial crystals (the optical axises are in the incident plane). Moreover, it also analyses the precondition of the total reflection and the phase differences be tween the reflected beam and the incident beam. Thus the penetration depth of the evanscent wave at the interface of two uniaxial crystals and the formula of the Goos Hanchen shift are presented.
