摘要
研究全息干板的时间响应特性需要系列宽度的光脉冲,而微秒光脉冲需要通过外置开关来实现。目前广泛使用的电光开关、声光开关存在消光比低或光能利用率不够等缺点,为得到宽度合适、消光比高、光能利用率高的微秒光脉冲,设计了由快开快门和爆炸快门相结合的开关系统。该系统不受光偏振态和波长限制,抗干扰能力强,结构简单,适用范围广,脉冲前后沿均小于15μs;输出宽度可通过延时在一定范围内调节,消光比达50000倍,透射率大于90%。讨论了系统的工作原理及实现方法,测量了该开关输出光脉冲的典型波形,并对开启时间的漂移进行了讨论;此开关已在全息干板互易律失效规律的实验研究中得到了较好的结果,为快开快门和爆炸快门的使用提供了一个新的应用领域。
Conducting a research on time-response character of holographic plate requires a series laser pulse with different duration, and producing a microsecond pulse laser is depended on shutter. At present, although the electric-optic shutter and acoustic-optic shutter have been achieved extensive application, they have disadvantages such as low extinction coefficient, low efficiency. With the destination of making a extra best quality microsecond pulse shutter, the shutter system consisted of fast-open shutter and exploding-close shutter is designed, this system is not restricted by polarization and wavelength of light. The shutter takes the advantages of resisting disturbance, simple structure and wide application range. The output pulse edge is shorter than 15 μs. Moreover, the output pulse duration can be adjusted within specified range, the extinction coefficient reaches 50000, and the transmittivity is higher than 90%. The working principle and operation methods are discussed, the jitter to external trigger and pulse waveform are also analysised. Favorable results are obtained when the shutter system is applied to research time-response character of holographic plate. This work inaugurates a now application field for fast-open shutter and exploding-close shutter.
