摘要
实验室管理人才队伍在实验室的科技创新活动中发挥着十分重要的作用。文章针对目前农业科研院所实验室管理人才队伍存在的问题和不足,提出了提高思想认识、创新人才引进方式、建立合理的用人机制以及完善保障机制等对策,以建设高水平的实验室管理人才队伍,进而提升实验室管理绩效。
Laboratory management talent plays a very important role in the innovation activity of science and technology of laboratory. Aiming at the current situation of laboratory management talent in agricultural research institutes, strategies of constructing high level laboratory management talent were put forward in the paper, such as improving the ideological understanding, innovating the mode of talent introduction, establishing rea- sonable employment mechanism and perfecting security system. All these were for enhancing the management performance of laboratory.
