机器人手术系统在胃癌手术中的应用现状 被引量:3

摘要 目前已有研究证据表明应用机器人手术系统进行胃切除及淋巴结清扫治疗胃癌是安全可行的。机器人手术学习曲线相对较短,可以帮助提高淋巴结清扫的能力,有利于拓宽微创外科在胃癌治疗中的适应证,有利于将微创外科技术应用于进展期胃癌的治疗。机器人手术还可以完成"全"机器人下胃癌根治切除及消化道缝合重建,使得切口更加微小化而加速患者的康复。机器人手术与腹腔镜相比虽然手术时间较长,但术后短期的效果满意,具有术后恢复进食时间短、肠通气时间提前、住院时间短及并发症少等优点。因此,机器人手术系统提供了除开腹、腹腔镜以外治疗胃癌的又一个安全有效的好方法,但其长期肿瘤学效果仍有待证实。
