摘要
目的了解新郑地区60岁以上老年人疾病健康状况,为进一步做好老年人重点疾病的预防保健工作提供参考。方法对新郑地区60岁以上建立健康档案的老年人常见病进行分析,比较不同性别、不同地区老年人所患疾病状况。结果体检发现60岁以上患一种及以上疾病的人数占42.10%,老年人患病率最高的疾病前五位分别是高血压(37.89%)、冠心病(3.74%)、糖尿病(3.32%)、脑卒中(0.88%)、慢性阻塞性肺气肿(0.78%)。女性慢性阻塞性肺气肿、脑卒中患病率低于男性,恶性肿瘤患病率差异无统计学意义,其他疾病患病率均高于男性。城市总体健康状况高于农村地区。结论 60岁以上老年人高血压、冠心病、糖尿病患病率较高,应重点加强此类疾病的预防和保健工作,农村地区老年人更需要受到社会的帮助和关爱。
Objective To investigate the disease health status of elderly people Over 60 in Xinzhen and provide a reference to do a better job of priority diseases in the elderly preventive care.Method To analysis the spectrum of disease of the more than 60 years elderly who had health records in Xinzheng area,and to analysis different gender,different regions of the elderly are suffering from the disease status.Results The physical examination found that the number of people over the age of 60 who were suffering from one or more diseases accounted for 42.10%,and the top five highest disease were hypertension （37.89%）,coronary heart disease （3.74%）,diabetes （3.32%） stroke （0.88%）,and chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema （0.78%）.The number of women with stroke and chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were larger than men,there is no statistically significant difference in Malignant Tumor.Overall the citizens＇ heath is better than that in countries.Conclusion People over 60 is much more likely to get hypertension,coronary heart disease,and diabetes.It calls for more focus on strengthening the prevention and health care of such diseases in rural areas,the elderly citizens need more social care.
