摘要
大规模风电并网给电力系统优化调度带来了新的挑战。针对风电场功率输出的不确定性,考虑了风电功率场景选取与系统有功调节能力之间的内在联系,提出了一种新的风功率场景选取方法,所选场景代表一定调节时间内系统可调整功率的范围。将各场景所对应的概率引入有功优化调度的目标函数中,以各场景下的期望调度成本最小为目标,建立了基于场景分析法的动态经济调度模型,并给出了场景选取的修正策略。通过所建立的条件期望再调度成本这一指标,量化评价了有功调度模型的经济性,以及模型对风电功率波动的适应性。算例分析验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。
The large scale wind power integration takes new challenge to the power system optimal dispatch. In this paper for the uncertainty of the wind power output the inner connection between wind power scenarios' selection and the active power dispatch ability is considered, and a new wind power scenarios selection method is presented. And the scenarios selected presents the adjustable power scope during some dispatching period. The probability of each scenario is expressed into the object function of the active power dispatch and the expected dispatching cost minimization in each scenario is taken as the object. The dynamic economic dispatching model based on scenario analysis is presented and the scenario selection revising strategy is also given. The conditional expected re-dispatch cost index is used to evaluate the economic of active power optimal dispatching and adaptability of the active power dispatch to wind power fluctuation quantitively. The case simulation shows that the model and method presented is feasible.
