摘要
采用不同的热处理工艺对轴承钢进行热处理,并对试样进行组织观察和力学性能测试,探讨了热处理对GCr15SiMn钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:GCr15SiMn钢经840℃×45 min+175℃×3 h+150℃×6 h热处理后,硬度为60 HRC。合金组织为高碳隐晶马氏体基体上均匀分布着细小分散的碳化物颗粒;二次回火工艺提升了轴承钢的综合性能。
The bearing steel was treated with several kinds of different heat treatment processes, the microstructure was observed, the mechanical property was tested. The results show that the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical property of GCrl 5SiMn steel were studied. The results indicate that GCrl 5SiMn steel has the best heat treatment performance by heat treatment of 840 ℃ x 45 min + 175 ℃ x 3 h + 150 ℃ x 6 h, and then the microstructure is in the presence of high-carbon in crystal martensite substrate uniform distributing tiny dispersed carbide pellet. The bearing steel has better combination properties after second-tempering process.
