摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜、洛氏硬度计、显微硬度计研究了冷处理和深冷处理对G20Cr2Ni4A钢渗碳层碳化物的形态、洛氏硬度、硬度梯度和深度的影响。结果表明,淬火后的冷处理和深冷处理能够大幅度增加碳化物的弥散析出,减少残留奥氏体的含量,从而提高渗碳层的硬度,但对渗碳层深度的影响较小。
Effect of subzero treatment and cryogenic treatment on carbide morphology,Rockwell hardness,hardness gradient and the depth of the G20Cr2Ni4 A steel carburized layer was investigated by means of SEM,hardness tester and micro-hardness tester. The results indicate that subzero treatment and cryogenic treatment can increase dispersed precipitation of the carbides,reduce retained austenite,thus the hardness of the carburized layer increases,while the effect of subzero treatment on depth may be very small.
