摘要 血管内皮损伤、炎症反应等在冠心病(CHD)患者动脉粥样硬化(AS)发展的过程中起着举足轻重的作用。血浆脂联素(APN)可以抑制内皮细胞黏附因子的表达、平滑肌细胞的增殖和迁移、巨噬细胞向泡沫细胞的转变过程而使炎症反应终止,
