冠心病患者脂联素与氧化型低密度脂蛋白和一氧化氮水平的相关性 被引量：4

摘要 血管内皮损伤、炎症反应等在冠心病（CHD）患者动脉粥样硬化（AS）发展的过程中起着举足轻重的作用。血浆脂联素（APN）可以抑制内皮细胞黏附因子的表达、平滑肌细胞的增殖和迁移、巨噬细胞向泡沫细胞的转变过程而使炎症反应终止，
