摘要
住院患者的病史采集花费临床医生大量的工作时间,如何在患者参与模式下提高临床医生的病史采集效率、节约时间值得探讨。同时探讨在该模式下解决医生因接诊时间不够而导致的患者信息采集不全及医生与说方言患者的沟通困难等问题,并确立"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,达到改善医患关系目的。
The inpatients history talkings cost much working time of the clinical doctors.It is worth discussing how to improve the clinical doctors' efficiency in history talking so that can save time under the pattern of patient participation. At the same time discusses about how to solvesuch questions under the pattern as doctor's incomplete patient's information collection for short consultation hours and communication difficulties with dialect-speaking patient.Moreover, establishes the patient-centered principle of service to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
