摘要
分析了预焙阳极在电解槽中产生炭渣的原因。分析认为,除了阳极生产工艺流程的影响之外,阳极外观几何形状因素是阳极在电磁场、流体场和温度场中产生应力集中并导致大量炭渣形成的主要原因。在目前推广应用开槽阳极的情况下,建议对开槽阳极的结构及形状进行改进,并提出了一种新型开槽阳极的结构形式。
The causes of carbon residue formation in reduction cell were analyzed. Besides anode production process, the appearance geometric shape of the anode is the main factor that causes stress concentration and results in a lot of carbon residue in electromagnetic field,fluid field and temperature field .Under the current situation of popularizing and applying slotted anode, it is recommended to modify the structure and shape of slotted anode, and a new structural form of slotted anode is proposed.
