区域联动式学校内涵发展的整体探索——以南京市栖霞区U-A-S合作研究为个案 被引量:6

Exploration on Regional Linkage Mode of School Connotation-oriented Development: a Case Study on a U-A-S Cooperative Action Research in Qixia Region in Nanjing

摘要 对于教育行政部门、高校、义务教育学校以区域联动的合作方式来统筹和推动学校内涵发展,可以在理论理性与实践筹谋的对话中澄清内涵、达成共识,并在学术支援与行政支援的协同中,共享资源和智源,多方向生成发展意愿、多层面释放实践智慧,从而逐渐实现共同优质发展。本文以南京市栖霞区义务教育学校内涵发展的U-A-S合作行动研究为个案,尝试从行动观念的区域认同、区域联动的动力机制、推进措施、行动效果四个方面来论述区域联动式学校内涵发展的整体设计、过程推进、问题诊断、效果评价的理论和实践探索。 Promoting the schools" connotation-oriented development by the regional linkage mode with the'cooperation among regional education administration, university and schools, could clarify the connotation and reach the agreement through the discourse between theoretical and practical rationality. The schools were able to share regional resources and intelligence in the university, to inspire their desire of development in different directions and to free their practical wisdom in different fields with the coordinative academic and administrative help. In the paper, considering the U-A-S cooperative action research in Qixia region in Nanjing as a case, the author tried to generalize and expound the specific theoretical and practical exploration on the ideas of action, motivation of action, route of action, and evaluation of effects in the regional linkage developing mode.
