摘要
以双酚A、4-氯硝基苯为原料,无水碳酸钾为缚酸剂合成2,2’-双[4-(4-硝基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BNPP),再由BNPP在FeCl3·6H2O/C催化作用下,被水合肼氢化还原得到2,2’-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)。通过高效液相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析等方法对产品进行表征,证实产品为目标产物且纯度很高。对合成条件进行优化,确定最佳原料配比为:n(4-氯硝基苯)∶n(无水碳酸钾)∶n(双酚A)=2.4∶2.4∶1,n(水合肼)∶n(BNPP)=4∶1。
2,2' bis[4 (4-aminophenoxy) phenyl] propane(BAPP) was prepared in two steps through the reaction of bisphenol A and 4 chlornitrobenzene in the presence of potassium carbonate, followed by catalytic reduction with hydrazine and FeCI3·6H20/C. HPLC, FT--IR,1H-NMR and elementary Analysis were employed to characterize the structures and properties of BNPP and BAPP. It was indicated that the above reaction produced our expected BNPP and BAPP with a high purity. The synthetic conditions were also optimized and determined the best ratio of raw materials was n(4-chloronitro- benzene) :n( potassium carbonate) : n(bisphenol A) = 2.4 : 2.4 = 1, n(hydrazine) : n(BNPP) = 4 : 1.
