小剂量奥氮平治疗慢性失眠症的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨小剂量奥氮平对慢性失眠症患者的治疗效果。方法:采用随机对照方法,将慢性失眠症患者随机分为奥氮平组和阿普唑仑组,治疗4周,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及不良反应量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果:奥氮平组在治疗第4周时PSQI总分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)分别为(5.6±2.1)分、(5.6±2.2)分、(11.1±5.5)分,明显优于阿普唑仑组(8.8±2.2)分、(9.9±5.2)分、(17.6±8.0)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量奥氮平不仅能显著改善慢性失眠症患者的睡眠状况,而且可以明显减少患者日常功能的缺失。
