摘要
计算了铝电解过程中炭阳极的理论消耗,并与实际消耗量进行了比较,炭阳极利用率只有87%左右。分析了导致炭阳极多耗的原因,以及炭阳极多耗对铝电解生产的影响。重庆天泰铝业穿孔阳极两年多的工业试验表明其可以降低阳极净耗,提高炭阳极利用率。文章最后还提出了降低炭阳极消耗的几条建议。
Based on comparison the theory consumpuon value with reality consumption, it showed that the utilization ratio of carbon anode is only 87 % in aluminum electrolysis process. Some reasons for additional consumption of carbon - anode are analyzed, and the effects of additional consumption of carbon - anode on aluminum electrolysis process are discussed. From the industry electrolysis test with perforation structure anodes, it is shown that the net consumption can be decreased and the utilization ratio can be improved. At last several suggestions for decreasing carbon consumption are mentioned.
