摘要 根据交直流绝缘层中的电场分布特点,对电缆与橡胶绝缘的电导率比值不同的三种情况分别进行直流电场仿真分析,并与交流电场进行对比,可知电缆附件的设计关键在于电缆绝缘与橡胶绝缘的电场分布的均压性设计。将直流电缆附件的绝缘材料配方进行改性设计,使得电缆绝缘和附件绝缘材料在不同温度下的电导率比值与介电常数比值接近,从而达到减小界面空间电荷的目的。最后,研制的110 kV电缆直流终端样品通过了直流型式试验。 Based on the theory of AC and DC electric field distribution in insulation,the electric field simulation software is adopted to simulate the DC and AC electric field in the joint model with three different conductivity ratio of the cable and rubber insulation.By contrasting the DC and AC electric field distribution of the cable and rubber insulation interface,indicates that the key of DC cable accessories designation lies in the uniformity of interface electric field distribution.It means that the components of HVDC cable accessories insulating material are designed,which make the conductivity ratio of the cable and rubber insulation materials close to 1 at different temperatures,so as to reduce the interface space charge.Finally,110 kV XLPE cable DC termination samples were developed to be carried out DC type test.
