摘要
从交联聚乙烯铝合金电缆中间连接技术现状进行分析,剖析现有中间连接技术中存在因导体连接高阻易氧化、界面密封不良产生局部放电,从而导致铝合金电缆系统故障频发的原因;本文提出一种新型的适用于铝合金电缆中间连接技术,用于解决铝合金导体连接、恢复绝缘层、畸变电场处理以及界面密封的关键技术,为铝合金电缆中间连接技术可靠性提供参考。
This paper analyzes the current situation of intermediate connection technology of cross-linked polyethylene aluminum alloy cable,and analyzes the reasons of frequent failures of aluminum alloy cable system exists in existing intermediate connection that caused by high resistance and easy oxidation after conductor connection,and partial discharge which produced by poor interface sealing.This paper proposes a new-type key technology that can apply to intermediate connection technology of aluminum alloy cable,and can be used for solving aluminum alloy conductor connection,insulation restoration,distorted electric field treatment and interface sealing,which provide references for the reliability of intermediate connection technology of aluminum alloy cable.
