摘要
目的 观察紫绀型先天性心脏病 (先心病 )病儿白细胞的变形力 ,探讨其微循环病理生理的变化。方法 9例紫绀型先心病病儿为试验组与 9例非紫绀型先心病病儿对照 ,分别检测其HCT、高切及低切全血粘度、白细胞变形能力。结果 紫绀组病儿HCT、全血粘度较对照组明显升高 ,白细胞变形力明显下降。结论 紫绀型先心病病儿有异常的血液流变学 ,而白细胞变形力的下降 。
Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the leukocyte deformability in patients with cyanotic congenital disease. Method: The study consisted two groups of patients: cyanotic group (n=9) and non-cyanotic group (n=9). The blood sample was taken for assessing leukocyte deformability, HCT and viscosity of blood. Results: The leukocyte deformability was significantly lower in cyanotic group than that in control group, but the blood viscosity was higher in cyanotic group. Conclusion: Patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease have serious disorder of blood viscosity and abnormal leukocyte deformability. These changes may play an important role in biorheology.
