纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1对大鼠肺成纤维细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:2

摘要 特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)以成纤维细胞转化为肌成纤维细胞及细胞外基质(ECM)过度沉积”剖为特征,减少ECM沉积、促进肺损伤过程中成纤维细胞/肌成纤维细胞的及时凋亡有望成为治疗肺纤维化的有力措施。近年来,人们通过转基因鼠的实验发现了纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)在肺纤维化发病中的作用。本研究中我们观察了PAl-1对大鼠胚肺成纤维细胞自发凋亡及抗Fas抗体诱导凋亡的影响及信号机制,进一步说明PAI-1在IPF发病中的作用。
