摘要
新时期高层次科技领军人才缺乏的问题日益突显，加强科技领军人才培养已经是当前的一项紧迫任务。院校在建立完善科技领军人才成长的制度机制方面没有优势，但在科技领军人才培养方面应充分发挥作用，又符合科技领军人才成长规律的培养（训）模式，为科技领军人才培养做出应有贡献。本文分析了科技领军人才的培养现状及特殊素质要求，研究了院校在科技领军人才培养中的模式选择和作用发挥。
During the new period,the lack of high-level technological leading talents has become increasingly prominent. Currently, strengthening the cultivation of the technological leading talents is an urgent task. In the establishment of a sound technological leading talents development mechanism, colleges and universities has no advantage, but in the training of the technological leading talents training, they should play a full role, Colleges and universities should base on their advantages and explore a kind of training mode which is suitable for technological leading talent to play their role in the cultivation of technological leading talents. This paper analyses the technological leading talents status and the special qualities required, investigate the mode selection and status function of institutions in training technological leading talents.
