摘要
本文以国家重点实验室和工程技术研究中心为主要对象,分析了我国创新基地的发展特点。认为我国创新基地建设实现了按重点学科和创新链的基本布局,"十二五"应在现有基础上,加快面向国家战略需求进行重点布局,建设一批国家重大创新基地,提升创新基地的创新能力。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the development of innovation base including national engineering research center and state key laboratories. Then the paper proposes that achievements of innovation base construction have realized the basic layout of key subjects and chain of innovation. In ＂The 12^th Five＂, we should construct many key innovation base and try our best to enhance the capability of independent innovation, which must meet national strategic needs.
