摘要
该文以木薯淀粉为原料,采用湿法工艺在水相中以碱为催化剂,与一氯乙酸和3-氯-2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)反应一步法制备羧甲基两性淀粉;讨论了碱催化剂及其用量、一氯乙酸用量、CHPTMA用量、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响。实验结果表明:KOH用量为淀粉质量的2.5%,一氯乙酸用量为淀粉质量的2.0%,CHPTMA用量为淀粉质量的4.0%,反应温度45℃,反应时间5 h,所合成样品的阳离子取代度(DS)为0.027,阴离子取代度为0.023,在造纸应用实验中增强效果显著。
Carboxylic methyl amphoteric starch was prepared by wet reaction process in aqueous solution with cassava starch, 3.chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(CHPTMA) and chloroacetic acid as raw materials, and alkali as catalyst. The effects of alkali catalyst type and its dosage, the dosage of chloroacetic acid and CHPTMA, temperature and time on the reaction were studied by single factor experiments. The optimum conditions were obtained, as follows:the dosage of KOH was 2.5%(based on starch weight), the dosage of chloroacetic acid was 2.0% (based on starch weight), and the dosage of CHPTMA was 4.0%(based on starch weight), reaction temperature was 45 ℃, and reaction time was 5 hours. The synthesized sample had cationic substitution degree of 0.027 and anionic substitution degree of 0.023. The sample had distinct strengthening effect when used in papermaking experiment.
