摘要
针对高校浴室热水供应的特点,构建了新型复合能量热水供应系统。该系统将主动式太阳能利用技术、空气源热泵技术和污水源热泵回收浴室排水余热技术有机结合,满足浴室热水用能需求,具有节能环保、操作方便、自动化程度高、运行安全可靠等特点。实验平台采用可编程控制器PLC作为主控制器,能够自动检测、监控与存储温度、流量、水位、太阳辐射强度、环境温度、耗电功率等系统运行参数,实现智能控制和系统热性能分析。该平台可开出一系列综合性、设计性和研究性实验,形成实验教学与科学研究的良性互动。
Based on the characteristics of hot water supply for college bathrooms, a new hybrid energy hot water supply system was designed. The active thermal utilization technology of solar energy, air-source heat pump technology, and sewage-source heat pump technology were organically integrated in this system, which could meet energy demand of hot water for the bathrooms. The system has the advantages of energy conserva- tion and environmental protection, convenient operation, high automation, safe and reliable operation, etc. The platform adopts the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the master controller, which could automatically detect, control and storage main thermal physical parameters of the system, such as temperature, flow rate, water level, solar radiation intensity, ambient temperature, power consumption, etc. On this basis, the platform realizes intelligent control of parameters and thermal performance analysis of the system. A series of comprehensive, designing and researching experiments are set up successively to come into being the good interaction of experiment teaching and scientific research.
