摘要
针对我国传统太阳能热水工程的使用受天气影响较大,仅依赖阳光加热不能及时为用户提供热水,且大型热水供应系统冗长的管路中留存较多冷水不便立即使用,以及设备智能化不足的现状导致管理人员工作效率低下等问题,本设计提供一种基于PLC的多模块联控太阳能-电加热复合集热系统,包括数据采集模块、主控模块、执行器模块和上位监控模块。本发明可实现对太阳能集热系统的自动控制和远程控制,能够保证水温加热的精确度,以及达到恒温出水的目的;并且使用西门子的精智触摸屏700IE-V3 Smart作为人机交互界面作为现场操作设备简便易懂,降低管理人员的操作难度。
In view of the fact that the use of traditional solar hot water projects in China is greatly affected by the weather, relying only on sunlight heating can not provide hot water for users in time, and the long pipeline of large-scale hot water supply system leaves a lot of cold water, which is inconvenient to use immediately, as well as the current situation that the lack of intelligent equipment leads to low efficiency of management personnel, This design provides a multi module joint control solar electric heating composite heat collection system based on PLC, including data acquisition module, main control module, actuator module and upper monitoring module.The invention can realize the automatic control and remote control of the solar heating system, ensure the accuracy of water temperature heating, and achieve the purpose of constant temperature water outlet;And the use of Siemens smart touch screen 700ie-v3 smart as a human-computer interface, as a field operation equipment, easy to understand,reduce the difficulty of the operation of management personnel.
