摘要
高校图书馆必须适应社会发展的需要,积极参与公共文化服体系建设。要明确自身肩负着重要的社会职责,转变服务理念;要从战略的高度进行规划,科学发展;要创新服务模式,提供个性化服务、联合体服务、自助式服务;要完善相关法规和内部制度建设,促进管理规范化。
University library must adapt to the needs of social development, and actively participate in the construction of public cultural service system. First, it should be aware of the important social responsibilities on its shoulder and transform its service concept. Second, it should carry out the plan from the strategic height and promote the scientific development. Third, it should make innovations on the service model by providing the personalized service, the association service and the self-service. Last but not least, it should perfect the relevant laws and regulations as well as the internal system construction, promoting the standardization management.
