文章从大学用户内外因素出发,提出建立自助式信息服务模式,并对营造自助式信息服务模式应着 重抓好用户教育工作进行探讨。
This article is based on the inner and outer factors of college users, what's more it puts forward to set up self-service information pattern. In addition, it discusses the carrying out to mode a self-service information pattern on the users education.
