摘要
目的 讨论羟基磷灰石 (Hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼座植入后并发症的发生及防治措施。方法 采用无异体巩膜包裹 HA义眼座进行一期眶内植入术 2 5例 ,二期植入术 8例 ,随访 3～ 2 4月 ,观察主要并发症并予相应处理。结果 主要并发症中 ,HA义眼座暴露 5例 ;上睑下垂 2例 ;上眼窝凹陷 2例 ;下睑松弛 1例 ;穹窿变浅 1例。
Objective To discuss the complications of porous hydroxyapatite orbital implant and its management measures.Methods In twentity five cases,the hydroxyapatites were implanted after primary enucleation or evisceration.Another 8 cases of secondary implantation were performed.Complications were detected and treated during the follow up 3 to 24 months.Results In the series of thirty three patients,complications included 5 cases of implant exposures,2 cases of enopthalmos,2 cases of ptosis,1 case of laxity,and 1 case of fornix insufficiency.Conclusion The major complications of hydroxyapatite orbital implants can be avoided and managed.
