摘要
目的:国产羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的临床观察。方法:回顾性总结了我院自1995-05/2004-12植入的国产羟基磷灰石义眼台37例,采用自体巩膜包裹或带肌肉缝线的义眼台,其中I期植入26例,II期植入11例。随访6～72(平均28)mo。结果:本组37例均结膜伤口愈合良好,无1例发生义眼台祼露。配戴义眼后32例活动良好,轻度上睑下垂2例,眼球运动不良5例。结论:国产羟基磷灰石义眼台植入能有效地预防和矫治眼球摘除或眼内容剜出术后的眼窝凹陷。是一种价格便宜、疗效可靠的方法。术中将义眼台牢固植入圆锥及术后弹力绷带加压包扎4～6wk是防止外露和脱出的有效措施。
AIM： To observe the clinical effect of national hydroxyapatite （HA） spheres＇ intraorbital implantation.
METHODS： Thirty-seven cases were retrospectively analyzed undergone home-made coralline hydroxyapatite spheres＇ intraorbital implantation in our hospital from May 1999 to December 2004. Self-sclera encapsulation or banded muscle-fixed sutures was chosen. Twenty-six cases were implanted initially, and the other 11 patients received secondary orbital implantation. The average follow-up was 28mo （6-72mo）.
RESULTS： All the patients attained improved prosthetic appearance and good healing of conjunctiva wound. None developed implant exposure. Thirty-two cases achieved prosthetic motility. Blepharoptosis and bad eye movement occurred in 2 and 5 patients respectively.
CONCLUSION： Implantation of home-made HA spheres is effective and economical which can effectively obtain prosthetic appearance. The use of stretchable bandage for 4-6wk after operation is helpful to avoid implant exposure.
