摘要
从卓越工程师培养的目的和要求出发,结合模具专业特点,对该专业人才培养模式改革进行了阐述,包括人才培养目标、培养模式、教学内容改革、教学管理体制和校企合作机制。通过这种培养模式,可强化学生的工程能力和创新能力。
Considering the goal and requirement of excellent engineer training and combin- ing the characteristic of die and mould specialty, the reform of the professional training pat- tern was stated from aspects of professional training goal, training mode, teaching content, teaching management system, school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. The engineering and innovating abilities of students were strengthened by the reform.
