摘要
目的观察管道标志在老年危重患者中的应用效果。方法 2011年1-12月,便利抽样法选择在宝鸡市中心医院老年病科治疗的103例留置多种管道的老年危重患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=53),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上使用管道标志。比较两组患者发生管道脱出、连接错误、管道堵塞、管道受压扭曲及并发症的例数,并统计急救给药时间。结果观察组患者发生管道脱出、连接错误、管道堵塞、管道受压扭曲及并发症等安全问题明显少于对照组,急救给药时间短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论管道标志应用于老年危重患者,强化了护士的职业风险意识,降低了护理风险,提高了工作效率,更加完善了护理安全管理预警系统。
Objective To observe the application effect of the pipeline identifies in elderly critical patients. Methods From January to December 2011,103 elderly critical patients were selected by convenience sam- pling method and further randomized into control group（n=50） and observational group（n= 53）. Patients in the control group received the routine nursing procedure, and patients in the observational group received the pipeline identifies based on the routine nursing procedure. Comparisons were conducted on the pipe ex- trusion, connection errors, clogged pipes, pipeline compression distortions and the number of complication cases. Then the emergency administration time was also calculated accordingly. Results Compared with the control group,the incidences of pipe extrusion, connection errors, clogged pipes, pipeline compression distortions and the number of complication cases were significantly reduced and the emergency administration time was significantly shorten in the observational group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the pipeline identifies in elderly critical patients can strengthen the occupational risk awareness of nurses, reduce the risk of nursing, improve the work efficiency and nursing safety management early-warning system.
