摘要
利用设施无土栽培和露地土壤栽培,以亚硒酸钠和硒肥作为外源硒,研究不同亚硒酸钠浓度和硒肥施用量对堇叶碎米荠的产量、有机硒含量的影响.结果表明,在大棚栽培条件下,使用160 mg/L的亚硒酸钠溶液植株淋施,堇叶碎米荠原料的产量与有机硒的含量均最高,分别达到2.25 kg/7.2 m2和1399.59 mg/kg.且与其它各处理存在显著差异.
The paper studies the influence of different concentration of sodium selenite and selenium fer- tilizer as exogenous selenium on the yield and organic selenium of Cardamine by soilless culture in green- house and soil culture in open field. The results show that, in greenhouse cultivation conditions, with 160 mg/L of sodium selenite solution as spray fertilizer, the production of Cardamine and the content of sele- nium are the highest, reaching 2.25 kg/7.2 m2 and 1 399.59 mg/kg. This method is significantly different from other treatments.
