摘要
姜黄素是姜黄属植物根茎中分离出来一种多酚类化合物,也是中药姜黄发挥药理作用的主要成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、抗纤维化等广谱的药理活性。近年来学者们系统深入地研究了姜黄素抗肺纤维化作用,文章归纳总结了姜黄素抗肺纤维化作用的研究概况,为其进一步的实验及临床研究提供理论参考。
Curcumin, a hydrophobic polyphenol derived from the rhizome of the herb curcuma longa, has a wide spectrum of pharmacological activities, such as anticaner, antioxidation, anti-infammatory, anti-fibrosis, etc. In recent years, there have been more and more studies on its anti-pulmonary fibrosis. This paper briefly reviewed the progress made in the recent years about the action of curcumin on pulmonary fibrosis, aiming at providing theoretical reference in experiment and clinical research.
